Fulton County Joins Clayton’s Anti-Gang Efforts
In 2005, Fulton County strengthened its fight against gang activity by joining forces with Clayton County. Commissioner William “Bill” Edwards highlighted the importance of collaborative law enforcement and multifaceted programs targeting youth to combat gang problems. This initiative was seen as a critical step in addressing gang activity in South Fulton and surrounding areas, with the aim of creating a safer community through shared resources and strategic planning.
