At a groundbreaking ceremony for the Hampton Oaks subdivision, Edwards joined PEC Development and KB Home executives to mark the beginning of a transformative project. The ambitious development featured over 800 homes, state-of-the-art amenities, and expansive green spaces, providing residents with a vibrant and sustainable community.
